Temporary Artistic Zone is a hybrid project in which I am involved as a curator and collaborator of the artists involved. The basic idea is to use a trailer called “Sinfronteras”, which is used as a cafeteria in local markets, as an artistic device: performances, happenings, pop-up shows are conceived to be exhibited in a public and urban space. The artists will develop works for the specific context and will be invited to relate to the peculiarities of the place and the community that inhabits it.

On the occasion of the 48H Neukölln 2024 festival, the first event of this format was realised: for two days, the Sinfronteras trailer was parked on Hermanplatz (Berlin) and six artists interacted with it and the space through photographs, sculptures and sound performances.
