In the research of Nadia D’Alessio a view on the social, ecological and political context is always present in attempt to fuse it with a sensible and contemporary aesthetic.

The artist explores landscape, space and every day’s objects; generally she starts from spontaneous emotions and suggestions caused by the encounter with her surround. The approach of the artwork is sculptural in the way that D’Alessio manipulates substances: from traditional techniques as modelling marble, to scientific and chemical interventions on objects.
