My artistic practice could be summed up as an exploration of the relationship between the individual, the collective and space. Observing the places that surround me is the basis of the creative process: from the rural or urban landscape to those that are less geographical, such as cultural, political and social spaces.Through physical actions, such as crossing landscapes, modifying them or creating new imaginary spaces, I can achieve a first translation of thoughts into visual works, which are then further elaborated in the studio. Materials and techniques are chosen according to their chemical and physical properties, but above all according to their visual communicability through their specific sensory characteristics.
I am an Italian artist with a degree in Sculpture from “Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera” in Milan, obtained in 2016. In the same year I moved to Berlin, where I continue my independent artistic research exploring art also in approaches far from the academic scene. Recently, I participated in group exhibitions in independent spaces in Berlin and Leipzig, Germany, and collaborated with T-Werk Theater in Potsdam, Germany, with an interactive installation. Currently, I am not represented by any gallery.
